At Meshn Jewelry, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase while knowing that every order helps support missionaries around the world. Please review our refund guidelines below:

• Eligibility
  Refunds are available for unused, unworn items returned in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

• Non‑returnable items
  For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings and custom‑made jewelry are non‑refundable unless defective.

• Process
  To request a refund, contact us at mysupport@meshn.org with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide instructions for shipping the item back.

• Refund timeline
  Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

• Exchanges
  If you need a different size or style, we offer exchanges subject to product availability. Please note once you receive the order, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  Please note: a portion of every purchase supports missionaries worldwide. Refunds do not affect our ongoing commitment to this mission.
